The sea is filmed here in a single steady frame from a perpendicular plan, creating continuously changing abstract images, infinitely recurring in a continuous loop that underlines the materiality of video and its vivid relation with paintings. Screened in the framework of the group show The Mediterranean Approach at Palazzo Zenobio, collateral event of the 54th Biennale of Venice, 2011.
