During the lockdown, Interdependence film on Environment and Climate Change has been broadcasted all over the world, by :
EBU - European Broadcasting Union-Eurovision in Europe on more then eleven public channels in North, South and East Europa + Ukraine and Georgia from February on.
TAL - Television America Latina on public and cultural TVs all over Spanish speaking Latin America - from Mexico to Argentina - on the International Earth Day, April 23 and on the World Environment Day June 5.
SESCTV, Brazil co-producer of Interdependence on his cultural channel all over Brazil. The GLOBO’s educational channel FUTURA has broadcasted the film on the World Environment Day June 5.
VOX AFICA– from Egypt to South Africa - on Friday June 19 and Saturday June 20 on its partner channels : TvSat Africa 23 / Canal+ 43 / Startimes 171/ Orange Africa /Space Multimedia/Sky 219/Freeview 271/ TV d’Orange 589 , etc.in Africa, France and UK.
ABU - Asian Broadcasting Union in Asia-South Pacific’s areas of 72 public channels - from Afghanistan to Australia, started on July 4 on Star TV Mongolia.
E-CONFERENCE
In the context of Strategies for Transformative Global Leadership
an e-conference organized by WAAS and ONUG, AFTW has curated
a panel « If a prospect is not a prophecy, it is a view » inspired by Robert Oppenheimer's text « Prospects in the Arts and Sciences » moderated by Adelina von Fürstenberg, President of ART for The World, with the participation of Denys Zacharopoulos, Art Historian and International Curator, Athens, - the artists Sheba Chhachhi, New Delhi and Matt Mullican, New York.

The Consulate General of Switzerland participates in the 2020/2021 cultural program of the Municipality of Milan "Women's talents" with the project #DonneFrauenDunnasFemmes DFDF, dedicated to talented Swiss female figures in the world of culture, economics, science and policy.
The short video (in Italian version) will be on line from August 3th to 6th. It contains a narrative by Adelina von Fürstenberg, a short clip on the show Donna, Donne at Palazzo Strozzi in Florence in 2005 and the video Glass Ceining by the Mexican artist Teresa Serrano.

STAY CONNECTED with ART FOR THE WORLD

On the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the World Health Organization, in 1998, then recently founded organization ART for The World was commissioned to present The Edge of Awareness an international itinerant art exhibition in Geneva, New York, São Paulo, New Delhi and Milan.
Since then, with the help of the universal language of the arts, ART for The World's has reinforced its mission to foster education and culture as important vehicles for the defense of Human Rights and for the preservation of our Planet and its resources.
While ART for The World’s activities are temporarily postponed until the end of the state of alert, a video selection of its productions, as well of video films presented in its various projects can be viewed online on a daily basis.
